Yvette Bernosky, a certified personal trainer and owner of Yvette’s Fitness Studio in downtown Sarasota, is passionate about helping people get and stay fit.  With a new business venture in the works, Cattle Crawl Adventure Race 2014 (scheduled for next March), a gentler Tough Mudder-like competition that adds cattle-ranch obstacles, Yvette needs to transition from 24/7 workout

wear to a more business-savvy style.

YVETTE’S GOAL: “I want to look put together, professional and confident.”

JACKIE’S GOAL: “As a personal trainer, Yvette spends her days in shorts and workout wear that may not be appropriate attire for sponsorship meetings and presentations for her new business venture. Yvette wanted to try something different from the khakis-and-shirt business style. While we tried many outfits, this one was a standout for its cut and fit. The pencil skirt and peplum jacket had stretch in the fabric and fit Yvette’s well-defined physique beautifully. I kept the details simple with a brightly colored cami and chunky necklace, and her own earrings and watch.
