Thanksgiving champion Bevardi's Salute Restaurant returns this year with a three-course Thanksgiving dinner that has subtle Italian influences. A spinach salad is topped with gorgonzola cheese; cranberry sauce is fortified with Chianti wine. Dinner is offered from 2-9 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.

Phillippi Creek Oyster Bar

Enjoy Thanksgiving on the water with a Florida twist. At Phillippi Creek Oyster Bar, you can order a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and add extras like oysters, baked stuffed seafood and the best Thanksgiving staple: stone crabs. Dinner is offered from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and pick-up is available on Wednesday, Nov. 22, with a 48-hour pre-order.

Dinner is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.

Tzeva

Always a steadfast choice for holiday dining, Grove is celebrating Thanksgiving dinner this year with an excellent collection of turkey and the fixins. Reservations start at 11 a.m.

Michael's on East

Celebrate Thanksgiving in style at one of Sarasota's best restaurants. Guests can choose between turkey or prime rib—or throw traditions to the wind with options like Chilean sea bass, charred octopus and wild mushroom risotto. Dinner reservations begin at 2 p.m. and are only available to those who call the restaurant. Or, instead of dining in, take your chef-prepared meal to-go—Michael's is also open for carryout on Thanksgiving Day. The deadline to order takeout is Monday, Nov. 20.

Gecko's

While Gecko's gives its staff the day off on Thanksgiving, it does offer a slow oak-smoked turkey for pickup on Wednesday, Nov. 22. It's a great way to impress your guests at home without any of the turkey day hassle. Place your order by Nov. 18.
