“For the beach setup, we bring a ground cover, tableware, drinkware, utensils and silk greenery," Papalexiou says. "There are also add-ons, like umbrellas or other decor. You could even add music or something like sound bowl meditation or yoga."

“Everything we do is experience-centric, so nobody has to lift a finger to do anything," she continues. "It makes for an elevated full experience of coming and enjoying the space when you arrive.”

As far as snacks go, Papalexiou says she can provide almost anything, so long as it can be sourced locally. “Typical food add-ons are grazing boxes or charcuterie boards," she says. "You can also order Champagne or rosé, mini cakes or even custom cookies. If you want sandwiches, that can be done. If you want coconuts, orange juice, or anything that is available here in town, I can provide them.”

“Every picnic is a mini design challenge. Design, create and curate,” she says.
