After a series of renovations that took more than two years to complete, Mattison's Forty-One recently reopened. The revamped space includes two terraces for outdoor dining, a new bar, an updated private event space and a remodeled dining room. In addition to the new look, the restaurant's menu has been updated, and a new bar menu has been added. Mattison's is owned and operated by chef Paul Mattison, who also runs Mattison's City Grille in downtown Sarasota and Mattison's Riverwalk Grille in Bradenton.
