The Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club on Anna Maria Island will be getting a new restaurant to replace the shuttered Eliza Ann's Coastal Kitchen, this one with a reality TV connection. The Château Anna Maria, operated by Buddy Foy Jr., and his wife, Jennifer Foy, of Food Network's show Summer Rush, will open inside Waterline on Sunday, Dec. 20.

The new French-inspired restaurant will echo the look, feel and food of The Château on the Lake, the Foys' restaurant in Bolton Landing, New York, that is featured on Summer Rush. The Foys will be chronicling their experience opening the new Anna Maria Island location for television.

The new restaurant's breakfast menu includes items like a king crab eggs Benedict and a lobster frittata, its lunch offerings include a cheeseburger and fish and chips, and its dinner offerings include steaks, surf and turf and a few roasted fish entrées. Dinner reservations are recommended.

"With our fine dining, coupled with the property’s breathtaking water view and high style, we know this will be a very successful pairing," Buddy Foy Jr. said in a release.

The Château Anna Maria will be located inside the Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club, 5325 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach. For more info, call (844) 863-9443 or visit the restaurant's website.
