Just in time for spring, Viento Kitchen + Bar, the restaurant inside Longboat Key's Zota Beach Resort, has overhauled its menu. The restaurant has added new options to its breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner menus, all of them overseen by executive chef Jeremy White. New breakfast dishes include a bananas Foster French toast, while the lunch menu now includes an open-faced steak sandwich and a blackened Gulf fish sandwich. The dinner selection, meanwhile, has been fortified with a lobster risotto and a 16-ounce ribeye.
