Michael's on East is rolling out a new food truck that will set up at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens throughout the gardens' Salvador Dalí: Gardens of the Mind exhibit, which concludes at the end of June.

Michael's Food Truck, as it's known, is serving a black bean soup, a blue crab and lobster roll, a chorizo omelet, beef sliders, an empanada and a Spanish bocadillo sandwich. Michael's executive chef Jamil Pineda developed the menu as an homage to Catalonia, Spain—Dalí's birthplace.

All of the food truck's dishes cost between $5 and $15, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Selby. Admission to the gardens is required to order from the truck.
