Jade Davis didn’t take the traditional path to law, and that’s what makes her one of the most dynamic technology and privacy attorneys in the country. Before her role at Shumaker as a Partner and Technology, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & AI Service Line Leader, Jade built her professional foundation in commercial and luxury real estate and construction. She then began her legal career representing health care organizations in-house and as outside counsel, developing the business-minded instincts that set her apart.

Today, her leadership spans multinational initiatives globally across several industries, guiding clients through data privacy compliance, technology transactions, cybersecurity incident response, AI governance, and cross-border data strategies. Her excellence has earned her recognition as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an honor extended to less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers, along with membership in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and several other organizations.

Beyond the deal table and courtroom, Jade is passionate about shaping the next generation, mentoring young professionals and leading The Florida Bar’s Cybersecurity and Privacy Law Committee.
