Sarasota, FL — All Star Children’s Foundation invites the community to its 3rd Annual Twinkle Ball on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at The Ora in Sarasota. This black-tie gala will be an extraordinary evening celebration and purpose, marking All Star’s fifth anniversary of building brighter futures for children in foster care. The event is co-chaired by Terri & Michael Klauber and Amy & John Hoskins.

Guests will enjoy a gourmet dinner, mission moments, and inspiring stories that showcase the transformative work happening every day at All Star. This year’s program will also feature guest speaker Peter Mutabazi, a Ugandan-born foster father, entrepreneur, and advocate whose journey from street child to global voice for children in foster care has touched millions.

“The Twinkle Ball is a celebration of community coming together to give children in foster care the futures they deserve,” said Stephen Fancher, All Star Chief Advancement Officer. “As we mark All Star’s five-year anniversary, it’s inspiring to see how far we’ve come, and how much more we can do when we stand united for our children in foster care.”

Over the past five years, All Star has reimagined foster care through:

  • Opening a 13,000 sq. ft. Pediatric Mental Health Treatment & Research Center delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed clinical services.
  • Providing much-needed support and services to foster families on the 5-acre Campus of Hope & Healing with six family foster homes, creating a safe, nurturing community for children to heal and grow.
  • Birth family engagement programs that strengthen reunification and preserve healthy connections.
  • Comprehensive trauma and developmental assessments, therapy, and clinical consultation, ensuring children receive the highest quality mental health care.
  • Training for foster parents and child welfare professionals, equipping adults with the tools to support children who have experienced trauma.

Let’s come together under the stars to honor the past five years and dream even brighter for the future. Tickets and sponsorship opportunities are available now at allstarchildren.org/twinkle-ball-2025, or contact Stephen Fancher, Chief Advancement Officer, at 941.259.3706 or [email protected].

About All Star Children's Foundation

All Star Children's Foundation is building brighter futures for children in foster care through innovation, science, and compassion. All Star works to better the experience for children living in foster care through evidence-based, trauma-focused interventions and support, focusing on addressing childhood trauma and breaking intergenerational cycles of abuse. These services not only help children cope with the trauma they have experienced but also strengthen and build supportive, safe, and healing relationships with the adults in their lives. A core element of All Star’s mission is to develop models that can be implemented by foster care systems around the state and country. All Star’s campus, located at 3300 17th Street in Sarasota, FL, is a nurturing community consisting of a 13,000sf clinical treatment center, six family foster homes, and inspirational green spaces featuring a playground, gardens, and a clubhouse.
