On December 11th, 2025 Sarasota’s own PINC Experience will make its yearly return to the Sarasota Opera House to a sold-out house for its 11th annual all-day ideas conference. PINC Experience—which explores topics spanning the realms of People, Ideas, Nature and Community—is a favorite of many Sarasotans: a day dedicated to wonder, delight, discovery, and human connection.

But this year, when the Opera House curtain goes down on PINC Experience, the PINC team will be turning up the festivities at three additional events. See what’s in store for all of PINC 2025.

Thursday, December 11th

11th Annual PINC Experience - SOLD OUT

8:00AM - 5:00PM  | Sarasota Opera House

Protecting the earth’s rarest sources of pigment. The science behind finding purpose. The steward of forgotten gravestones. The greatest-ever cheese sculptor.

For its 11th year, PINC Experience is featuring 11 speakers from around the world sharing talks and ideas across every discipline imaginable—and unimaginable. With an incredible lineup and surprises in store, attendees are in for a day of inspiration and discovery.

PINC Afterparty 

7:00PM - 10:00PM  |  Sarasota Modern Hotel

After PINC Experience, head straight on over to The Sarasota Modern for an exclusive poolside party under the stars. Craft cocktails and live music meet inspired conversation with fellow attendees, speakers, and the team behind it all. After an experience like PINC, the afterparty is the place to air out your ideas—big, strange, inspiring, and surprising. From storm science to dystopian dioramas, nothing is off the table.

PINC Ideas Dinner

6:00PM - 9:00PM  |  Boulevard of the Arts

 Over the years, the PINC Ideas Dinner has stretched into the longest table in Sarasota and gathered into the most intimate round tables—but one thing remains consistent. On the evening after PINC Experience, Sarasotans love coming together for this dinner party centered around meaningful conversation and connection.

 Held under the stars and anchored by some of the finest dining in Sarasota, the PINC Ideas Dinner is a night of dialogue, relationships, and sparks of action that carry forward long after the plates are cleared.

Saturday, December 13th

PINCfest

12:00PM - 5:00PM  |  Rosemary Art & Design District

 Capping off the PINC 2025 season in style, PINCfest is back!! For the first time since 2022, PINC is taking over the Rosemary Art & Design District (also known as RADD) with a free festival celebrating all things community and creativity.

 Featuring live mural painting, an artist alley, holiday market, toy drive and donations, music and more, PINCfest is set to be a full afternoon of community engagement and energy in true PINC fashion.
