Children First provides high-quality early childhood education and family strengthening services to economically vulnerable pregnant women, children ages birth to five, and their families.

The education, care, and comprehensive services they offer ensure a strong foundation for success. Through Children First, children receive the social and cognitive skills needed to enter kindergarten on track, nutritious meals, and an array of comprehensive services to support their overall well-being. • 98% of families live within or below the ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) threshold.
• 419 parents and caregivers enrolled in courses and workshops to strengthen their families through their award-winning Families First Institute.
• Over 120,000 nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch, and a snack) were served during the 2024-2025 school year.
