The firm’s founder and managing attorney, M. Michelle Robles, Esq., is licensed to practice in both Florida and Kentucky. A 15 year ovarian cancer survivor, she is known for her tireless, cost-effective, and client-centered advocacy. She focuses on advanced estate planning and elder law. Michelle earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law and a Master of Laws in Elder Law at Stetson University College of Law. She also serves as an adjunct professor at State College of Florida and is a board member of the Osprey Nokomis Chamber of Commerce and the ONCC Foundation.
Emily M. Flinchpaugh, Esq. is licensed in Florida and Oklahoma. As a recent graduate of Texas A&M School of Law, she brings a fresh, insightful approach to estate planning and business law. Before relocating to Florida, Emily practiced in Oklahoma, where she began building her foundation in helping clients secure their legacies. She is passionate about educating individuals and families on the importance of planning for the future.
Marta I. Coll, Esq., a graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law, practiced in estate planning and real estate law from 2007 to 2014. After a career change, she taught at the Elementary and Junior High level until 2025 when she returned to the practice of law based out of Tampa Bay. Her diverse background and fluency in English and Spanish enhances the depth and breadth of services offered at Robles Law.
