Shannon Abbe and Wizard of Oz’s character, Dorothy Gale, have a lot in common. They both know that “There’s no place like home”. Shannon was raised in Sarasota where she attended Riverview High School. After graduating, Shannon attended the University of South Florida, where she earned her B.S. in Marketing. Upon graduating, Shannon took a job in medical sales where she quickly became the top producer in her territory. Given her background, transitioning to real estate was a natural progression, allowing her to merge her passion for her hometown with her commitment to exceptional service.

Although a newer agent, Shannon is no stranger to the world of real estate as her father, Steve Abbe, lead agent of Abbe•Ross has been in the industry over 20 years. This exposure has given Shannon a deep respect for, and understanding of, all it takes to successfully list and sell properties.
