Children First provides high-quality early childhood education and family strengthening services to economically vulnerable pregnant women, children ages birth to five, and their families.

The education, care, and comprehensive services we offer ensure a strong foundation for success. Through Children First, children receive the social and cognitive skills needed to enter kindergarten on track, nutritious meals, and an array of comprehensive services to support their overall well-being. • 98% of families live within or below the ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) threshold.

• 94% of Kindergarten-risers met or exceeded school readiness goals during the 2023-24 school year.

• 191 parents and caregivers strengthened their families by completing classes through our award-winning Families First Institute.

• Over 120,000 nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch, and a snack) were served during the 2023-2024 school year.
