All Star Children’s Foundation is a 5-acre campus dedicated to bringing Hope and Healing to children who have been placed in foster care. The Campus includes a Pediatric Mental Health Treatment & Research Center, six foster homes, a clubhouse, a food forest, two playgrounds for children of all ages, and more. 

Children in foster care living on our campus and in the community receive mental health services on-site at our Center. All Star exists to end the intergenerational cycle of abuse suffered by children and helps children form safe, healing relationships with the adults in their lives.

• Launched in 2020 and founded by Graci McGillicuddy, All Star is a place where healing occurs, hope is restored, and spirits are renewed.

• All Star provides innovative solutions for children in foster care through Mental Health services, case management, and support & training for adults serving children.

• Trauma Screenings & Assessments are provided to children within 21 days of being placed in foster care.

• Our fundraiser, the 2nd Annual All Star Twinkle Ball, is Friday, November 15, 2024 at Michael’s on East.
