“Ladies and gentlemen, children of all ages...” is the legendary saying that every ringmaster announces right before whimsical clowns on tiny bikes enter and surreal contortion acts begin. Thanks to the continued partnership of the Circus Arts Conservatory and The Ringling, audiences can enjoy world-class entertainment once again during this summer's 2022 Summer Circus Spectacular.

Circus fans of all ages can beat the heat while experiencing the circus arts at the Historic Asolo Theater on the grounds of The Ringling. Some of the circus world’s most magical acts, like Hand Balance Contortion, Duo Lyra and Rolla Bolla, will perform in the annual show from June 10 through Aug. 13, 2022.

“Expect excitement, exhilaration, beauty, intimacy, and all of the above,” says Pedro Reis, CEO and founder of The Circus Arts Conservatory. This summertime event has become a whimsical highlight for locals, visitors, families and groups. Summer Circus Spectacular patrons can enjoy access to the Circus Museum on the day they attend a show to complete the circus experience, for an additional $5.

In a press release, Jennifer Mitchell, executive vice president of Circus Arts Conservatory, said, “This show not only offers an affordable entertainment option for all ages but is also the perfect summer family-friendly activity. With nine weeks of shows, and afternoon and evening options, there will always be a convenient time to come and enjoy the magic of the circus arts.”
