Visit Bunnyville, home of the Easter Bunny, at the University Town Center. As you wander through this to-scale village nestled in the Grand Court, have fun with the kiddos as they participate in interactive activities. And once you arrive at the bunny-of-the-hour’s house, get a few photos snapped with him, so you can remember your adventure forever.

Magic, Easter eggs, and snow cones—oh my! Christian illusionist Brad Brown is set to put on a gut-busting performance filled with mesmerizing illusions. Proceeding the show, the “Egg Spree,” a grand egg hunt with more than 20,000 Easter eggs, will commence. Snow cones and popcorn will be on tap, while supplies last.

9th Annual Eggstravaganza at Waterside Place

Kids, teens and the young at heart can all enjoy a day in the Amazing Play Place. Take a slide down the 20ft inflatable slide, hop through the bouncy obstacle course and play a game of giant Jenga. You can also expect Easter-related fun like orange painting (we’re in Florida; why paint an egg, when we have oranges at the ready?), Easter coloring and, of course, an Easter Bunny meet-and-greet.

Who said that egg hunts are just for human children? Fur babies need to have a little fun, too. Dress your pup in their Thursday best and take a trip to the Paw Park for a doggie-dedicated egg hunt. Prizes will be awarded to the best-dressed pooch and the lucky pup who finds the golden egg.

Jungle Trails & Bunny Tails at Sarasota Jungle Gardens

Cotton Tail Special at Florida Railroad Museum

Arrive at the egg hunt in style. Hop aboard one of the Florida Railroad Museum’s trains and enjoy an exciting ride to the fun. Once at your destination, you can expect to find all sorts of amusement—hay rides, sack races and museum displays. And it wouldn’t be Easter without an egg hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny.

Lake Sarasota Easter Egg Hunt
