Just in from the real estate market: A Tuscan-inspired residence at 1459 Bay Point Drive, in the intimate West of Trail neighborhood of Bay Point Park, sold today for $6.825 million—the second-highest residential sale in Sarasota County this year. The home is set on Hudson Bayou overlooking Selby Gardens, with views of the Ringling Causeway and downtown Sarasota. Kim and Michael Ogilvie of Michael Saunders & Company were the listing agents; Bruce Myer of Coldwell Banker represented the buyers.
