Harmar, a manufacturer of wheelchair and scooter vehicle lifts and other accessibility equipment, has leased a 19,916-square-foot office space in Northgate Center Business Park to house its sales, executive and operational staff. The manufacturer will also continue to operate out of its current location at 2075 47th Street in Sarasota. Nick DeVito II, SIOR, and Joanna Ginder of Ian Black Real Estate represented the landlord, Independence Business Center. Julia Silva, SIOR, of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. The property is located at 1500 Independence Boulevard.
