The study shows that residents in Florida rank seventh among states that are embracing digital legal templates in the U.S.

The research, conducted by digital productivity platform TEMPLATE.NET, analyzed legal template–related search activity across all 50 states using Google Keyword Planner. The study tracked Google searches for 13 terms connected to common legal forms, ranging from “lease agreement template” and “power of attorney template” to “eviction notice template” and “last will and testament template.” States were ranked based on average monthly search volume per 100,000 residents.

Florida ranks seventh with 324 monthly searches per 100,000 residents, 14% above the national average of 285. Florida logged 77,190 total searches, with top queries including “contract template free,” “agreement template,” and “residential lease template.”
