We’d never heard of New Haven-style pizza before Siesta Pizzeria Company, a cozy family restaurant, opened in a little spot on Siesta Drive. Now its ginormous rustic specialty pies—like the spinachoke pizza with artichokes, spinach, mozzarella, ricotta and garlic on a fabulously thin and chewy crust—make us fret over what we’ve been missing.
