PBnT concentrates on the dishes that give the restaurant its name—pizza, burgers and tacos—with a fast-casual setup. On a random weekday, you’ll find interns from downtown businesses lunching with City Hall employees, men and women taking a break from work on construction at The Mark right around the corner and tons of parents and grandparents with young kids. Of the burgers, the best by far is The Chef’s Signature ($9). Made with a double patty, cheese, bacon, a caramelized onion jam, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and “PBnT sauce,” it’s magnificent—a juicy, hulking beast that will drip all over your plate. Of the pizzas, we’d recommend building your own for $9. The crust is light and puffy, and the 10-inch size is ideal for a lunch portion. On the south of the border menu, the cilantro lemon chicken tacos ($8) are the most popular.
