CareerSource Suncoast, alongside State College of Florida Manatee-Sarasota and the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, will participate in the eighth annual Paychecks for Patriots, a special hiring fair in November dedicated to employing veterans, on Nov. 12 from 2 p.m.–6 p.m.

The annual event works to connect employers with current job openings in Florida with military and veteran candidates. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, service members, veterans and employers will come together virtually.  In the past seven years, more than 6,280 veteran candidates and military family members who participated in Paychecks for Patriots across the state have gained employment.
