The Perlman Music Program/Suncoast (Perlman Suncoast) has announced that Lisa Berger has been named the organization’s new executive director. Prior to joining Perlman Suncoast, Berger was affiliated with Art Center Sarasota for twelve years, serving on its board of directors, as development and marketing director and, for the last eight years, as executive director. In that role, she was instrumental in expanding the organization's growth and outreach within the local community, including an increase in revenue and donations, as well as a significant expansion of the organization’s engagement with artists, students and a broader, more diverse audience.
