Waterside Place in Lakewood Ranch.

On the heels of Waterside Place's newest Italian dining spot, Osteria 500, which opened late last month, two new tenants are headed for the retail, services, dining, and entertainment hub in Lakewood Ranch scheduled to open early next year.

Eatalia will be an Italian market specializing in imported meats, cheeses, olives and nuts, homemade bread, charcuterie boards, fresh pasta and more, as well as a cold bar. Meanwhile, the Wellness Space will offer various services, including mentoring and meditation. There will also be private and group coaching services for individuals, couples, family and children, as well as corporate services.

Other recently opened businesses include Shack Yoga + Fitness; Marmalade, which offers home décor, furnishings, and women’s clothes and gifts; Capstan Financial Consulting Group; and Williams Parker. They join tenants Korê Steakhouse, Good Liquid Brewing Company, O&A Coffee Supply, Crop Juice and Kilwins, among others.

More businesses are in the pipeline, too, including Agave Bandido, a Mexican-American restaurant and tequila bar; Deep Lagoon, a seafood and oyster house; Good Liquid Distilling Co.; Duck Donuts; Cileone Jewelers; The Black Dog, a resortwear store; and La Chic Boheme, a spa.

Located on a 36-acre peninsula overlooking the mile-long Kingfisher Lake, Waterside Place is home to nature trails, an eight-acre park, the Farmers’ Market at Lakewood Ranch, Ranch Nite Wednesdays, featuring food trucks, live music and a night market; and the second-largest cornhole league in the nation, which is hosted by MVP Sports & Social.
