Pick Up Easter Dinner at One of These Local Restaurants

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, a number of local restaurants are offering easy takeout options this year.

If your family is accustomed to celebrating Easter Sunday with a delicious meal at a restaurant, consider ordering Easter dinner to-go from one of these local spots:

Michael's on East is offering a three-course meal with an entrée choice of salmon, roasted lamb or honey-glazed ham. Side dishes and desserts are also available. Preorders are accepted online until noon on Friday, April 10. Meals will be ready for pickup at between noon and 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 12.

Seasons 52 at University Town Center is providing Easter dinner takeout. Select family style dishes from the restaurant's online menu, including a choice of ham or sirloin, warm side dishes, salads and desserts. You can also order a mimosa to-go. Dinner will be chilled and ready to warm up on Sunday. Call (941) 702-9652 to order. Arrive for curbside pickup between noon and 8 p.m. on Friday, April 10.

Sharky's on the Pier located on Venice Island, is taking Easter dinner orders until 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 9. Family-style dishes will serve two to four people, and include a choice of salmon, beef tenderloin or prime rib. Free delivery will also be available to Venice Island residents. Call (941) 488-1456 to place your order and pickup between noon and 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 12.

Euphemia Haye on Longboat Key is offering an Easter special in addition to its regular takeout menu. Chef Ray Arpke is preparing a choice of black forest ham or spring lamb entrées with a variety of soups, salads and hot side dishes. A wine list is also available online. Orders will be accepted until 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 9. Call (941) 383-3633 between 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to place an order. Curbside pickup will be available on Sunday, April 12.

Grove in Lakewood Ranch is serving up special Easter meals for the entire family. Choose from a ham or prime rib dinner package, which includes sides and desserts. Meals serve six to 10 people. Call (941) 893-4321 to preorder by Friday, April 10. Pick up a chilled meal between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 11. Or pick up a hot and ready meal between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 12.
