New Vietnamese Restaurant Opens
The restaurant world has supplied plenty of grim headlines in recent weeks, but here's one that excites: Búnhaus, a new fast-casual Vietnamese restaurant, recently opened on University Parkway.
The restaurant specializes in customizable spring rolls, bánh mì sandwiches, bowls and pho. You pick your base, select a protein and then add in fresh vegetables, herbs and sauces. Búnhaus is very affordable: a bánh mì costs $4.50, and the most expensive item on the menu is just $13.
In adherence to COVID-19 restrictions, the restaurant is taking call-ahead orders and offering curbside service.
