The St. Armands Parking Garage, which opened last year, has won the "All Precast Concrete Solution" award from the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute’s 2020 PCI Design Awards program. The garage was designed by Solstice Planning and Architecture; the concrete producer was Tampa's Coreslab Structures.

Judges awarded 25 projects and five honorable mentions for design excellence in building and transportation categories. The awards showcase the creative and innovative use of precast and prestressed concrete in a variety of applications; all winning projects will be honored at the 2020 PCI Convention in Fort Worth, Texas, with an event on March 6, and will be published in PCI publications, including PCI Journal, Ascent and ASPIRE magazines.
