Doughnut mogul Christine Nordstrom is bringing her popular Five-O Donut Co. to Bradenton, with plans to open a fifth location near State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota, and IMG Academy.

The new 3,000-square-foot location will include a 2,000-square-foot custom-designed doughnut production facility, and will be located at 5942 34th St. W., Unit #116, Bradenton. The opening is planned for spring 2022.

At the same time, Nordstrom is in the midst of opening a new location near the University Town Center mall. No opening date for that location has been set, but Nordstrom is aiming for early 2022.

"This newest location is so exciting to me because I'm essentially building the production kitchen of my dreams from scratch," Nordstrom said in a press release. "I'm just so thankful for all our amazing staff and loyal fans that love and support us through all our growth."
