Florida Among Top 10 U.S. States That Are Most Actively Searching for Content and SEO Tools.

The study shows that Florida recorded the ninth-highest per-capita interest in content and SEO technology across the U.S.

The research conducted by digital marketing agency Digital Strike analyzed Google search activity across all 50 states, focusing on 10 high-intent keywords such as “Google Analytics,” “Google Search Console,” “Semrush,” “Yoast SEO,” “content marketing tools,” “social media for content marketing,” “HubSpot Content Hub,” “MarketMuse,” “BuzzSumo,” and “search engine optimization content marketing.” States were ranked based on average monthly search volume per 100,000 residents.

Florida ranks ninth with an average of 245 monthly searches per 100,000 residents, 33.9% higher than the national average of 183 searches per 100,000 residents. The Sunshine State recorded 58,370 average monthly searches overall among its 2025 population of 23,839,600. Highly searched keywords include “Google Analytics,” “Semrush,” “social media for content marketing,” and “Yoast SEO.”
