Just east of I-75 on Palmer Boulevard, the Celery Fields center on a massive, manmade hill with a number of hiking trails affording incredible views of the surrounding area. It’s an international destination for birdwatchers; there’s also public restrooms and a newly opened Audubon center on-site. Open to the public from 6 a.m. to midnight; nature center hours vary.
