The baseball field serves as the perfect metaphor for the professional career of Allison Imre. It was here where she first stepped up to the plate and pursued her childhood dream of being in radio. Following the inspiration of her parents and a family friend who was a veteran broadcaster, Allison attended and graduated from the esteemed University of Kansas School of Communications. Shortly after, she took a swing and blended her passion for radio with her love of sports and scored a position with the Kansas City Royals Radio Network.

In 2007, Allison took her talents to the Suncoast, where she joined iHeart Media as a Senior Account Executive, collaborating with clients such as Anheuser Busch, Schroeder Manatee Ranch and, of course, the Baltimore Orioles. In 2011, she was recognized by Radio Ink magazine as one of the top account executives in the country. In both 2011 and 2014, she was honored with the Salesperson of the Year Award at iHeart Media Sarasota.

When pitched an opportunity in 2017, Allison took another swing and acquired Grapevine Communications, the heavy-hitting advertising, marketing and PR firm based in Lakewood Ranch. Her career-long focus on enhancing client brand awareness and executing integrated marketing campaigns in broadcast, events and digital/social made her the perfect fit for the Grapevine team, working alongside the award-winning lineup of creative and strategic professionals.

Off the field, Allison, her husband David, and her son Rip live in Sarasota and are proud and active members of the community, working with nonprofit organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Suncoast Blood Bank and Forty Carrots.
