State Wants Input on Affordable Housing

Florida's Affordable Housing Workgroup is asking for public input on what the state can do to address affordable housing needs. The state Legislature created the workgroup earlier this year, asking members to review issues such as building codes for affordable developments, the state's low-income housing tax credit, private and public sector development and more. The workgroup's recommendations will be presented to state officials by Monday, Jan. 1. Public comments can be submitted via email to [email protected].
