Ian Black Real Estate has hired seasoned commercial real estate professional Diana Grandy to serve as assistant property manager for its property management division. In this role, Grandy will play an integral role in customer service of Ian Black Real Estate’s property management division, handling tenant and landlord coordination. She will work alongside Ian Black Real Estate partner and COO, Marci Marsh.

Prior to joining Ian Black Real Estate, Grandy served as the property manager for IMG Academy in Bradenton, where she managed nearly 600 acres, including 22 lodging facilities, 17 office and school facilities and nine sports fields and courts, as well as the property grounds. She also serves as the chair of the community outreach committee for Habitat for Humanity South Sarasota County, is on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast, Inc., and is an advisory board member for Real Estate Lives, a non-profit job support organization for workers in and around commercial real estate.
