3350 Assets LLC, a special-purpose entity that includes local investor Harvey Sheldon, has purchased a 15,886-square-foot condo office park in Lakewood Ranch for $3.5 million. The three-building property, which was fully leased at the time of sale, is located at 9015 Town Center Parkway.

The seller built the property in 2003. It features 81 parking spaces and flexible office spaces that include conference rooms, executive offices, break areas, kitchenettes and other work areas. The three buildings are under one roof, connected by breezeways.
