Keep your hands steady for this one. The dominoes at this year's Domino Toppling Extravaganza aren't the kind you play and commonly find in Little Havana. These dominoes are for toppling.

And you can see them July 15 and July 16, when the Bazaar on Apricot and Lime will host a two-day domino toppling extravaganza with professional domino artist Nathan Heck. During the course of the event, you can catch a sneak peek of Heck, 21, building a spectacular display using over 10,000 dominoes—then, on Saturday at 3 p.m., watch it topple.

It takes a dexterous person to be able to build these fragile structures and an even more patient one to not want to randomly flick over domino.

"I first became interested in domino toppling when I was 9, and after 11 years, my collection has grown to around 40,000 dominoes," says Heck, who's appeared on Fox's Domino Masters; consulted on the movie Collateral Beauty, starring Will Smith; and been featured in the documentary Lily Topples the World.

Heck will offer a domino workshop this Friday and Saturday at 11 a.m., where he'll share his tips and tricks on how to build your own whimsical domino masterpiece. Everyone is welcome to join. For more information, visit The Bazaar on Apricot and Lime's website or call (941) 445-1938.
