Miracles on 17th Street
At a festive dinner Sunday evening, the Glasser-Schoenbaum Human Services Center kicked off a fund-raising drive for a much-needed campus expansion.
Executive director Kameron Hodgens and lead donor Betty Schoenbaum explained to the enthusiastic crowd that there’s a waiting list of nonprofits wanting to join the 17 that already have a low-cost home at the center. Last year, those 17 nonprofits served nearly 45,000 people.
