All Faiths Food Bank volunteers prepare to deliver food

Circle K, the global convenience store chain, has reached a milestone donation through its Fueling Food Banks program to support those affected by hunger in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic. Through an initiative in which one meal is provided for every fuel transaction made at a Circle K, the brand has donated nearly 1 million meals to All Faiths Food Bank and Feeding Tampa Bay—and more than 40 million meals nationwide. More than 37 million people in the United States are lacking food security, a 46 percent increase prior to the COVID-19 crisis, and food banks across the country are struggling to meet the staggering demand.
