Centauri Insurance will break ground on its new corporate headquarters in Lakewood Ranch this month. The Sarasota-based property and casualty insurance company acquired a 5-acre parcel of land at the southwest corner of Lakewood Ranch Boulevard North and Communications Parkway on July 29. Under the creative guidance of Fawley Bryant Architects, Centauri has designed a 30,000-square-foot, three-story facility. An official groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 10.
