Want a taste of what healthy living is like in Bradenton? The Manatee County Parks and Recreation Department is putting on its first "FITFest" at Robinson Preserve this Saturday from 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Beginning at "The Nest" at the south entrance of the preserve, the day will include a bootcamp, 5K run around the preserve trails and yoga run by local businesses. The bootcamp will be run by Anna Neal of LiveFit Training, the 5k by Run for a Purpose Nutrition, yoga by Phil of American Yogi, and guided meditation by Ria Ray.

Guests can join in other fun activities, like hula hooping, acro yoga, paddle boarding and more, while DJ Mr. Bongos plays a live set on the main stage. They can then grab a healthy lunch at the event's marketplace and shop from local vendors. Create your own adventure after by exploring the park's trails.

The family-friendly day is free—except for the 5K, which is $25—and open to the public. If you'd like to join the 5k at 9 a.m., pre-register here by end of day today. You can pick up your race packet today or tomorrow at G.T. Bray Park from 5-7 p.m.

When you're at the event, tag @thenestatrobinson in your photos on Instagram with the hashtag #manateefitfest.

Manatee's FITFest will take place on Saturday, March 5 from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 840 99th St. NW., Bradenton.
