Menu items include a variety of fish, shrimp and crab delicacies, also both meat and vegetarian dishes. All seafood items are prepared using fresh, local and sustainable ocean resources from the Florida Gulf Coast. Both alcoholic (beer, wine and mixed-drinks) and non-alcoholic drinks (water, sodas and blended fruit drinks) are available.

Performances are live on-stage in musical genres from Rock N’ Roll, Jazz and Blues to reggae and steel pan sounds. This years performers include RJ Howson, Sarasota Steel Pan Band, Hard Luck Society, Twinkle & Rock Soul Radio on Saturday. Sunday performers are Act 3, Kettle of Fish, The Black Honkeys Band and Reverend Barry & Funktastic Soul.
