Noche Cubano Dance Party

Afro-Cuban artist Cimafunk returns to the courtyard of the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art with this event, which starts at 7 p.m. and also features D.J. Edgar, salsa dance lessons provided by D.K. Studio, Cuban food and rum drinks for purchase. Also: a live drawing of the Extraordinary Experience Prize Package. Sarasota Contemporary Dance: Voices

Manatee Players: Mamma Mia!

Theatre Odyssey One-Act Play Festival

Ringling College Art Galleries Exhibits

Art Center Sarasota New Exhibitions

More visual art to explore, as the art center opens three new shows. Flare features multimedia work in fabric, photography and video by Sibel Kocabasi; Human Skins presents mixed-media works on canvas by Kirk Ke Wang; and Sarasota Architectural Photography is a juried show highlighting Sarasota’s cityscapes and landscapes. Fruitville Grove Farm Pumpkin Festival

The Hermitage Artist Retreat: Body Language
