Mission: Dedicated to guiding at-risk teens in discovering their direction, passion and purpose.
The journey to find one’s purpose in this world is rarely a smooth, navigable route. That discovery process is even harder for at-risk youth in under-served communities. Most find themselves without structure & purpose due to fractured families, misguided friendships, and learning destructive coping mechanisms. That’s where we come in!
Replay Outreach meets them where they are, whether it be at school, clubs, church, or even court, to bring them not just guidance and DIRECTION, but hope for a better future. We train them to see past their mis-steps and use those as the steps in building a PURPOSE driven live.
Through specified job training, mentorship and teaching character development skills, we’ve watched kids transform in front of our eyes. As we uncover their abilities and gifts, they find their PASSION. In 2016-17, out of 1,000 students reached in schools, jails and juvenile justice facilities, we had 41 teens actively engaged in our job training program with a 75% successful completion rate. We are currently on track for an 84% completion rate this year and are in the process of expanding our job training skills to include STEM offerings, with a focus on developing technical aptitude.
