In order to build a well world, we must start with well people, well families, and well communities. Planned Parenthood health centers throughout the region serve people of all genders, insured and uninsured, by providing lifesaving cancer screenings, birth control, prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, and hormone replacement therapy.
In Sarasota and Manatee counties, more than 5,500 patients are served annually. In addition, thousands of young people are educated through evidence-based programs and sexuality education presentations.
