Florida Studio Theatre’s summer mainstage season comes to an end with this comedy about a fast-talking Wall Street shark who wants to take over a small-town business. When it won the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Off-Broadway Play in 1989, the L.A. Times called it, “very funny, and very human.” Through Aug. 19 in FST’s Gompertz Theatre.

This time, it’s Ralph Farris of the contemporary music quartet ETHEL teaming up with composer and musician Robert Mirabal to present “Brothers in Song," a Native-American-themed theatrical piece that will soon move into workshop.
