A new eight-story, 20-unit luxury condo building named Evolution is being planned for Sarasota's Golden Gate Point. Developed by Bradenton's WB Golden Point, LLC, and designed by DSDG Architects, the new building will include residences that range in size from 2,071 square feet to 3,519 square feet. Prices will range from $1.3 million to $3 million. The builders expect to break ground on the project next spring. The building will be located at 111 Golden Gate Point, Sarasota.
