Manatee County Sheriff's Office Deputy Russell Younger will share strategies on keeping customers and employees safe in the workplace during a free upcoming workshop for business owners. The event runs 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 31, at the Downtown Central Library, 1301 Barcarrota Blvd. W., Bradenton. An 18-year veteran with the sheriff’s office, with 20 years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, Younger has worked in the agency's Crime Prevention Unit for the last five years.
