The Manatee County-based homebuilder Medallion Home is holding a grand opening event for Hampton Lakes, a new single-family-home neighborhood, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Saturday, July 14. Hampton Lakes will offer 3- to 12-acre home sites with three- and four-bedroom homes that range in size from 2,305 square feet to 3,252 square feet. The grand opening event allows attendees to tour two furnished models. Hampton Lakes is located at 14567 Fruitville Road, Sarasota.
