Stantec Architecture Inc. on Tuesday broke ground on Blvd, a new condominium located in the Rosemary District at 1224 Boulevard of the Arts, Sarasota. Developed by Core Development, the 400,000-square-foot, 18-story tower includes 49 units, with floor plans ranging from 3,550 to 5,400 square feet. Amenities include a rooftop pool and sun deck with an outdoor summer kitchen, fire pit, cabanas, daybeds and lounge areas.
