Sales in West Villages Florida totaled 94 in the month of May, bringing the total number of sales there to 566 since the beginning of the year. That puts sales well ahead of last year's numbers. The West Villages development includes seven different communities on 15,000 acres in south Sarasota County. Prices there range from roughly $200,000 to $600,000 and higher.
